Grief support and more to help family and friends cope with a loss
Our bereavement support includes memorial services, home visits, telecommunication support, links to bereavement support groups, newsletters, therapy referrals, and more. Ongoing bereavement support shall continue for a minimum of 13 months after. Care will continue for the duration that it is chosen. The focus is on relief, support, and counseling to assist families with coping and handling loss.
